I'm really insecure about my height so I decided to try these out since they were only like $15, and I'm blown away by how nice they are. The sole takes a bit of ringing in to make it less stiff and more comfortable but after that, it's a really good sole insert. Adding these to my 4in platforms really makes a difference!! I 100% recommend it to anyone that's self conscious and wants a bit of a dfference.

I had To wear a boot for plantar fasciitis and torn ligament. It throws you off balance. These lifts were perfect to even out the I level ness between my shoes and boot.

These work great with high top sneakers like Chuck Taylors or Reebok BB4500s. Gives almost 4" of height increase. You might want to order shoes 1/2 up from your normal size to accommodate the inserts.
